Retrial for Murbarak

An Egyptian court has ordered a retrial for Hosni Murbarak, former president, who was given a life sentence last year.
Murbarak was charged with conspiracy to killing hundreds of protestor during the uprising which ended his three year 30 year rule in 2011. There will be retrials for Murbarak and his interior minister, Habib al-Adly, due to their successful appeals.
It was brought up that Murbarak was allegedly accepting gifts from a state newspaper so he is being charged with this also.
Many say that this retrial was predictable because of the lack of evidence.
Murbarak has had a number of health problems since his conviction, including his latest, cracked ribs. He is currently in military hospital awaiting trial.
