Ethiopia doesn’t agree with the Confederation of African Football (CAF) decision to allow Guinea to host the 2023 games. Apparently the decision was never discuss at the executive committee meeting. CAF President Issa Hayatou announced Guinea as host without giving details of the process, he said the spontaneous decision was a display of "solidarity" with the Ebola-hit West African nation. Even though Guinea is currently banned from hosting games because of the outbreak, which has killed nearly 3,000 people in West Africa, making Guinea is one of the hardest-hit countries.
