Summary:
Since the death of Qaddafi, the people of Fezzan have been divided into three main ethnic groups: Arabs, Tebus, Tuaregs. Without state authority, each group is trying to make their own rules. Each one lives in a specific location. For example, in the Qaheera area, the Arabs, Tebus, and Tuaregs each have their own block. Last year, a neighboring tribe got in a fight with the Tuaregs, but the situation got under control. Everyone is staying on their own block, but now their is a security problem because the police don't want to go in that area. Criminals have better weapons than them, so they are afraid.

  1. The government should come up with a better system of protection they are trying to provide to the people.

  2. I think there should be more protection and the police should have more advanced weapons than the criminals. If there is no protection it will be more trouble between the three ethnic groups
