The commander of M23 rebel group and about 1700 soldiers turned themselves over at Mgahinga National Park. They are being held in a secret location until they will be transported to Uganda. The rebels top leaders will not be giving amnesty for their crimes.

  3. This is very different from america gangs. In Nigeria everything is hard core.These are real serious crimes.
