Gasha New Single

October 3, 2013 Gasha released a new single called "Love me or be arrested." International music is a new scene for her and she has a very good voice and style. Gasha said, "I am excited about this song. It will resonate with most girls who fall for a guy and will do whatever it takes to ensure the boy is theirs, even if it means arresting him." Gasha was born March 18th, 1991 in Cameroon she started singing when she was about 11 years old. Her father is the one who gave her the confidence to start singing. Gasha signed with Stevens Music Entertainment and is going to release her self titled album in 2014.

31st Year In Power

Cameroon's President Paul Biya celebrates more than three decades in power. Biya became president of the West Africa 31 years ago. People have talked about Biya for failing and wanted him to give up his power. Different political parties are using the anniversary to ask him to prepare a transition to democratic rule. 80 year old president of Cameroon have been organizing different fun and active things to celebrate Biyas 31st year in power. Lots of his people look forward for him to seeing his 32nd year.

Cameroon Natural Gas Almost Gone?

Natural gas by Perenco is at Bipaga for sale to the NHC, this natural gas has been running out. Perenco engineers are working at the Bipaga to get the number of gas back up that is needed to the Mpolongwe terminal plant. NHC engineers are working to supply the needed quantity of gas for the production of electricity. What they think they might need is 216 megawatts of electricity to supply the country. Some engineers think that there might have been some issues with the pipes that the gas flows in and for now on the pipes will be cleaned every 2 months and watched with security.

Cameroon Views and Values


 Views and values were expressed last Friday at the Private library at Vatican's Apostolic Palace. After thirty minutes in camera people exchanged gifts. Paul Biya asked the Pope for a bronze Statue of Virgin Mary. Then the Pope offered the President a medal. After the exchanging gifts Paul presented the first lady Chantal Biya. After taking leave of the Pope, the President held talks with the representative of the Secretariat of State of the Vatican Monseigneur Dominique Mamberty.  In the end of the speech, Paul Biya offered the representative of the Vatican Secretary a gift with a religious significance.

Voters Showcase In Camroon

Double polls opened at 8am in Cameroon September 30th 2013. Twin legislative and municipal election was huge.Voters lists with passport photographs was elected on each polling stations for their names others  were placed in front of the polling commission for verification. For some polling stations there were complaints because some people in Cameroon did not register to vote and others didn't even show up. And also their was others who had valid voters cards but their names was not listed to vote. Of course since there was so many complaints the press got word of it and had the problems fixed.

Guns Seized In Cameroon

Recently in Cameroon they have seized some 5400 fire arms of Kalashnikov-mark. These guns were pick-up on a vehicle on its way to Borno State in Nigeria. The owners of the guns are unknown but they think there where a terrorist group. Results in this gun usage there was a recent killing of almost 50 militants around Maiduguri,killing the leader of the sect, Abubakar Shekau. Investigation is still in progress and they say their close.

New Direction For Art In Cameroon

CEMAC (Creating aA Directory For Arts And Culture) has invited different arts and culture to enter all pieces in their organization just to pretty much spread all culture and great talent. This organization was first launched in 2006 but it is still very undeveloped. People in Cameroon are still working on networking trying to get the word out about their organization so that they will have a better variety of work. For the artwork that is bought it will go toward other organizations that are in need. This program is for the better of their people and they are hoping lots of people start recognizing it.

Cameroon Leading Voter Cards

In Ngoketunja lots of the people that live there are taking up a very important thing and thats voting. Already 40,811 have registered to vote out of 45,707 people. Chairman of ELECAM said that Ngoketunja is toping the charts with all the citizens in Cameroon for the most registered voters. He says that the election will be September 30th and shall be very interesting. There will be 216 poll stations in public schools and other public areas. People in Cameroon are very excited and cant wait to see the outcome of this election.
